BAND BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PUBS AND VENUES BOOKINGS

1. Bookings are final at the point of booking. However, we will on occasion request to cancel or rearrange

a date for private functions.

 

SICKNESS / CANCELLATIONS

2. On rare occasions we have sickness within the band, we will endeavour to find a replacement musician

to cover for the event.

3. In extremely rare circumstances we will make the difficult decision to reschedule or cancel an event. in

the unlikely event of cancellation, we will always do our best to find a relevant and suitable replacement band for

your event/venue. However, this is not the responsibility of the band, and is offered out of courtesy and cannot be

guaranteed.

 

TIMINGS

4. It is assumed that our start time will be at 8:45pm unless otherwise stated. It is assumed that our finish

time will be 11pm unless otherwise stated. This is to be agreed before the event and may incur extra charges.

 

SPECIAL EVENTS

5. A standard pub event is assumed as an event, which is open to the public and in usual pub operational hours.

6. Any event that is outside of the usual pub operation will be considered a special event or private function which

must be discussed with us before the event and maybe chargeable at private function rates which would require

payment before the setup of the band. (For example. If a 3rd party has booked the pub and it is closed to the

public. This would be chargeable at the private function rates.)

WEDDINGS / FUNCTIONS / SPECIAL EVENTS BOOKINGS

1. Bookings may be subject to a deposit or holding fee. Those bookings will only be confirmed once a

deposit has been paid. This deposit is to secure the date you have selected for your event. We will not hold dates

without a deposit. Bookings will only be confirmed after a signed contract with an agreement to all our terms and

conditions, including our cancellation policy. The amount of the deposit will be 50 percent of the entire booking.

The balance must be paid before the performance on the day.

2. Deposits are refundable should you wish to cancel up to 30 days before an event. However, you forfeit

this deposit if within the 30 days.

3. Cancellations by you within 14 days of an event will require full payment of any booking and there are

no exceptions.

4. Set lists are generally non-negotiable. You will be given a “current” set list applicable to the time of

booking. This is subject to change and songs can be removed without notice.

5. One song will be learnt free of charge and at least 6 weeks’ notice must be given for rehearsal

purposes. If you would like any other songs outside of our catalogue, there will be a £55 charge per song and

must be given at least 6 weeks’ notice. We also reserve the right to decline any song requested.

7. In extremely rare circumstances we may make the difficult decision to cancel an event. We will always

do our best to find a relevant and suitable replacement band for your event/venue. However, this is not the

responsibility of the band, but it is offered out of courtesy and cannot be guaranteed.

8. In the unlikely event that a replacement band is used. They will be liable for their own insurance, PAT

testing and the full responsibility of the entertainment will no longer be ours. We take no responsibility for any

other business or charges pertaining to the event.

9. If all resources are exhausted and we have no choice but to cancel an event, where a deposit has been

paid. We will endeavour to issue a refund of the full amount paid within 72 hours. This process can take longer

but will be discussed if this is the case.

10. In case of postponement of an event. The deposit will only cover you for one date change / up to 12

months from date of booking (whichever is soonest,) without the express consent of CarbonCopy Party Band and

subject to availability. If a date is not agreeable then the event will subject to cancellation terms.

 

TIMINGS

11. It is assumed that our set times would include 1x 45min and 1x 60min set. With a required break in

between. Any changes to this is to be agreed before the event and may incur extra charges.

 

OTHER

1. Due to the amount of events we have. The line-up of the band may differ to the band you may have seen

before or is used in the promotional material. All musicians are self-employed freelancers and can choose which

events they take part in.

2. All of the above conditions are for CarbonCopy Party Band only. Valid for your booking only.
